Please e-mail or call to confirm instrument availability. Payment types accepted are cashiers check, personal check (10 day hold), money order, bank wire transfer, paypal (2.9% clearing cost), and of course cash. Contact us if you would like to use Paypal. We only accept paypal payments from US buyers with confirmed addresses.

Most items can be held for a 25% deposit with balance due within 30 days. All deposits are not refundable and may be used for store credit on another purchase.

International shipping is done through Fed Ex and USPS. Domestic shipping is done through UPS and FedEx. Shipping rates differ based on location shipped to and transit time desired. Please contact us for shipping costs. All shipping charges and claims are the customers responsibility. International Buyers are responsible for any and all duty, clearing, VAT, or other shipping/transaction costs. Nationwide Guitars will not lower instrument values for customs.

24-Hour Approval period:

All orders except for layaways and/or held items are open to a 24-hour approval period. Return requests must be received within the 24 hour period after instrument arrival via phone. Shipping costs to and from are customers responsibility. Once returned instruments are received in the exact condition they left us, a full refund will be generated minus shipping and any other transaction expenses.
